Online Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchases from United Autosports Ltd, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund on the condition that:
1. Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase;
2. Goods have not been worn or washed and are in "as sold" condition;
3. Have the manufacturers tags still attached;
4. Have a copy of our invoice/delivery note returned with the goods.
5. Goods are properly & securely packaged;
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned in an un-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and un-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
UK Return Method
Returns can be completed by filling out the returns form that you receive in your original packaging of your purchase.
For your protection, we recommend that returns are securely packed and sent via a recorded delivery service and to keep hold of your return postage receipt until you receive email confirmation that your return has been processed. United Autosports Ltd cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
International Returns (non-mainland UK)
Unfortunately not by choice but by law, non-EU customers may be subject to additional charges and duties when returning the items to our warehouse in the UK. In which case any extra duties and charges will be borne by you. Please check with your courier for a list of associated charges. If you cancel your entire purchase prior to dispatch, you will receive all payments concerned including any paid delivery costs. Please note that any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method will be excluded from the refund.
What do I do if I have lost my invoice or returns form?

How long until I receive my refund?
We usually process a refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of the refund.
After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Unfortunately, this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method with which you made your original purchase.
Any damages or faults upon receipt
Your statutory rights, in particular in case of faulty or defective products, remain unaffected by this return policy. To report a faulty item please contact us via our customer care email address, customercare@unitedautosports.com
